Return and refund

Returns

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. If this is not the case, you are welcome to return the item/items to us, which you would like to have refunded.

As a customer, you have 14 days right of cancellation when you shop with us. Your right of cancellation applies from the day the order is received by either you or another person at the address. If you have ordered delivery to a ParcelShop, the right of cancellation period will begin from the day the order is delivered to the relevant ParcelShop. 

Register your return here . After your registration, you will receive a return label via e-mail. Return cost 7 EUR per request, which is discounted from the refund amount.

If you would like to exchange an item for another one, you must return the item and submit a new order on our website.

Refunds 

You will receive an email as soon as we have processed your returned item(s) at our warehouse. Refunding for the returned items will occur within 14 weekdays from receipt and the refund will be made via the same method of payment you used when you submitted your order.
