Orders submitted on weekdays will usually be processed and dispatched within 24 hours. Orders submitted over a weekend or Danish public holiday will be processed on the next working day.
We cannot offer delivery on a special day or time as all orders are processed chronologically.

Christmas: For Christmas we have extended our return period so you can return purchases made between 12 November and 24 December 2025 until 23 January 2026.
